I am applying to participate in the Oncor new Homes program as a qualifying Energy Advisor for a prospective participating home builder. I can confirm that I have read and understand the specifications and references outlined in the Program Guide. Oncor reserves the right to modify the provisions and referenced technical specifications at any time.

* In order to consider this a completed application, an invite email will be initiated by EFTSure. You will recieve an email from EFTSure (on behalf of TRC) which requires fields to be completed. You will also be required to upload a copy of your current W-9. Once completed an EFTSure representative will verbally confirm the banking information using a phone number from a secure website and if not available will use the phone number provided.

Once these steps are completed, the person monitoring the EFTSure portal will be alerted that the verification process is complete and a PDF form is downloaded with the vendor’s onboarding form.

When the request to set up, a new vendor is received, and please note that it is for the Oncor Efficiency Program.
Submission Information
After all the required forms have been submitted, TRC staff will review your submission and you will recieve notice of your approval or the required changes for approval.

Once approved access to the 2026 Bulk Application form will be provided, and the Energy Advisor may begin submitting new homes.
